Pleasant staff. Felt comfortable.

Only one little thing. Thermostat on a/c stuck wide open. Room was at 59 degrees at night. Had to shut off. Oh well temp outside was 98 degrees. Could have been worse.

The room was nice with balchony view of the river. The breakfast was great with an incredible selection. The staff really maintained the breakfast bar and kept the supplies full. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and I noticed someone always picking up and cleaning. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed the first night of two,spent the day out all day,we came back to an uncleaned room. When we left that morning the maids were all over our floor working. I guess we just got skipped. The front desk quickly brought us up fresh towels once I called and informed him that we had no maid service. This would not keep me from returning.

I paid 325.00 for one night in a king suite through Booked.net. I thought I was paying for a room with a balcony and river view....there were no rooms with balconies available when we arrived. I also realized that others that had booked the same rooms as us, we're paying 189.00, wow, big difference. The hotel would not give me the lower rate because I had booked through Booked.net.

The setting of hotel was great and incredible, in the mountains. We had a hot breakfast with waffles, many items to choose from included.

The fact that you really didn't have to leave the hotel for anything really but to enjoy your scenery.The customers at the front desk and room service.

Toilet broke.

The lobby was on the second floor. There were no cookies at night. i did not like having to set on a sofa like seat to eat my breakfast. There were no eggs, just an omelot.

Perfect spot for a group getaway

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a hit, different things every morning, waffles for the kids, and some killer eggs for us.

it wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get it's not bad at all.

The air conditioning didn't get home until after Dark you could feel the springs in the mattresses and the shower was nasty the shower curtain was nasty and the ceiling above the shower was nasty and it was way overpriced we checked other hotels in the area and the Hampton Inn was the highest one

AC unit in bedroom was a bit noisy. Sounded like something in it was loose.

The river views from our balcony were amazing. The pool area was well-maintained, perfect for sunset lounging. The landscaping by the river made for a serene escape. Our room was spacious and, best of all, the linens were great.

Fresh waffles each morning are yummy! In walking distance of 99% of Helen attractions. Very friendly staff.

Pool is pretty small. Balcony side of property is weather-aged. Needs a bit of upkeep. Not deal-breakers, though.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The balcony with an amazing river view was a highlight, and the landscaping made sitting by the river a pleasure. Housekeeping was lacking. The room wasn't made one day, and we had to call for towels. Breakfast offerings were standard and quickly depleted, with little restocking which could be improved.

The bed and cookies were nice.

The eggs could have been real : )
